meet Yoga Jean’s  NEW concept: SCULPTED PILATES. 

This class uses the Reformer, Mat, Ring, and Free Weights to deliver a dynamic blend of Pilates, Yoga, & Strength Training.

What to expect:

A full-body, 60-minute sweat sesh.  You’ll move between the Reformer and your mat, starting with an intentional warm-up and ending with a cool-down to leave you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed

Where & When:

  • MYO Studio at 803 Warrendale Village Dr. Warrendale, PA 15086  Right next to Il Pizzaiolo! 

  • Thursday October 9 @ 7PM

Please bring your own yoga mat + water. Towel + Ankle/Wrist weights are optional!
