This class uses the Reformer, Mat, Ring, and Free Weights to deliver a dynamic blend of Pilates, Yoga, & Strength Training.
What to expect:
A full-body, 60-minute sweat sesh. You’ll move between the Reformer and your mat, starting with an intentional warm-up and ending with a cool-down to leave you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed
